It all started with happy chickens. It says so right on the carton. “Locally grown from happy chickens at the Dodge Nature Center!” Happy chickens made happy eggs. I mixed them with flour and sugar (Lots of sugar. Some cream cheese. A little lemon. Butter. More sugar.) and with assistance from Scout, Easter happiness was made.
